This beauty on King street was done so quickly and with such focus that I never had the time to share any of the process on here. So the story will simply be recorded here that this lovely, once carefully looked after, home had lain empty for sometime and come into disrepair and become overgrown with vines and weeds, when we bought her for not too much, tidied her up and sold her on to a young family for their first home.
To be fair, it was a great home at it's heart; sunlight in all of the rooms, large spaces throughout and four bedrooms with an extra room off the kitchen that could be used as an extra living area or a bedroom/office, PLUS it had a huge backyard.
So much to offer a lovely family at the start of their property journey.

And after only a very short turn around, we had repainted, recarpeted, cleaned up the bathroom, put in a new kitchen, hacked away at the gardens, cleaned up the garage and turned the shed into a bar and she was ready to sell.
