Named for the beautiful birds that grace our trees each spring, Tui's Return will be the subdivision to come home to each night. With that beautiful view of the Hakarimata Ranges we've fallen in love with . Some sections will be right beside the Waikato River, with direct access to our beautiful awa.

With Waikato District Council moving towards more density in our area it is looking like being a residential development of 29 sections, ranging in size from 450-700sqm. With application to the council being submitted early 2025, we hope to break ground late 2025 so now is the time to get in touch to secure your spot by the river.
