Named for the beautiful birds that grace our trees each spring, Tui's Return will be the subdivision to come home to each night. We've lived here since 2019 and in Ngaruawahia since 2011 and can attest to its impressive location, gorgeous views and welcoming community. We are now able to share this fabulous location with others.

 

While we set out with the plan of offering larger sections, the District Council is moving towards greater density and have zoned us residential. This means we get the opportunity to offer 28 homes to Ngaruawahia in this stylish subdivision by the river. Some sections will be right beside the Waikato River, with direct access to our beautiful awa, others will have views of the Hakarimata ranges to the west with access to the river from the end of Tui Return.

 

The Subdivision will happen over four stages, with the intention of taking 4-6 years.
