This corner section is accessed from Old Taupiri Road. With a small step down to the next section down Tui Return, it should maintain some view of the Hakarimata Ranges over the next home's roof as well as across and along the new roadway. Like all sections it will eventually have river access from the end of the cul de sac.

A plan is yet to be confirmed for this site, but the plans is to build a family home with three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms with living areas focusing north west ward to enjoy the views and the sun year round.
