This section is our pick of the new sections to be created in Stage 1. Sitting at the edge of the terrace with views to the west and to the north of the River and Hakarimata Ranges. Much of the views should remain through future development as this property is a step about the lower terrace.

Plans are yet to be consolidated for this section, but the intention is to build a new home with 3 or 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living areas would be towards the north west to secure the view and the sun throughout the year.
